Video, Music & Magic will coordinate with all your vendors including caterers, photographers, and venue staff. Through consultations Video, Music & Magic is able to inform our clients about our role as entertainers and the duties performed. Whenever possible site visits to the event venue are conducted prior to the actual date as to become aware of any potential issues as well as have an opportunity to talk with the venue staff and become familiar with the layout.
